DTF takes longer because of the extra steps, but optimizes throughput during bulk production since you can batch print films and press them all at once.


Consider your inventory scope and target market. If you primarily print light cotton t-shirts with intricate artwork and operate on a low volume, DTG may be the optimal solution. If you want to broaden your catalog to include a full spectrum of garments and colors, DTF enables seamless expansion without new machinery.
