Full phone including the screen assembly is preferred that way everything can be tested after the repair. We have seen damaged desktops on arrival due to poor packaging. This purchase includes free standard ground shipping back to you. We recommend USPS due to their fairer pricing for ground shipping and excellent delivery & handling locally.

As a reminder, we are a screen and small part replacement cell phone repair service. New factory adhesive will come on all new rear covers.We always attempt to order factory replacement adhesive on all Samsung model repairs. It is recommended that back glass / plastic covers are replaced every time you repair your phone for the best possible repair results. In ALL modern Samsung models, we must heat and remove the glass/hard plastic backing in order to perform ANY repairs. Finally, newer models of ALL phones are made with Super OLEDs, it only makes sense that the replacement should be the same technology. As of Aug. 1st 2023, all walk in screen repairs for in stock screens/batteries will be charged a $25 convenience fee.

Samsung has a feature where you cannot power down the phone while locked. Availability for performing the walk in repair could be 2 hours or more depending on our workload. Pricing and availability will be updated at random intervals as time and availability allows. All Batteries are warrantied for 1 year, so long as the battery conditioning is performed.Any physical or water damage of any sort nullifies any warranties. Tier 2 (T2) screen parts are warrantied for 30 days after installation against manufactured defects. Tier 1 (T1) screen parts diagnostics and repair Moscow come as is and have NO WARRANTY of ANY sort!
Notes about Cell phone repair
For older models, we typically use extended capacity batteries if they are available for the specific model of phone, but will need to be ordered. Only in either Samsung repair scenarios or battery replacement scenarios do we need access to the phone. We do try and keep the most of the popular models of screens and small parts on hand. Each model of cell phone typically has their own uniquely fitting and compatible parts, and we cannot swap parts between models. We cannot feasibly keep every cell phone screen and part available on the market in stock at all times, we simply don’t have room!
